Tildesley family trip to Nottingham 1st - 3rd May 2021
We booked the penthouse apartment for a family stay in Nottingham. When we arrived by the lift which came directly into the apartment it was a wow! the space was ideal for the six of us to have a lovely relaxed dinner party and was tidy and comfortable. Birthday treat
I had a special birthday and wanted to celebrate.

Having stayed in the penthouse I can only say my celebration exceed everything I could have dreamed of. For two nights I could come back, insert a key and go up to our own luxury penthouse, and yes when lift doors open you do go WOW every time.

Lovely
Very convenient. Exceptionally clean. Safe and secure. Was able to provide fresh linen when requested.
Only difficulty is that with the kitchenette, there is no sink, so you need to rinse your plates in the bathroom or the other kitchen.

Absolutely brilliant and value for money
We have stayed here on the studio room for two nights and actually writing the review whilst still in the apartment. The room is spacious and Welcoming. We stayed as our house is being renovated and it’s a welcome break from the dust and dirt. It’s close to amenities including Tesco’s and Sainsbury’s and they provide a microwave and essentials in the room like plates knives forks etc. There’s also a huge fridge which came in handy.

We would also like to say we will not be staying in a hotel in Nottingham again whilst they have availability in these apartments 

Absolutely brilliant decision to stay here and would strongly recommend this over a hotel any day of the week .

Amazing room with lovely staff
Me and my friend were going to a gig at the motorpoint arena so this place was ideal to stay. It was clean, spacious and had all facilities needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Central, well appointed and friendly apartment
The studio room is basic but clean and good value for the price, has a sofa decent sized bathroom and small kitchenette area with complementary tea and coffee.
Val who runs then was great, really friendly, personal service - rang me the day before we arrived to confirm check in and met at a time that suited me and was very welcoming.
My only criticism is the company systems to confirm the booking (after is booked on booking.com) seem overly complex - having to verify email address etc. Then it felt quite unnecessary to get 4 emails and 3 text messages on my arrival day to ‘check’ I knew my arrival details! I’ve then had emails and texts asking if I’m enjoying my stay after I’ve checked out. It’s just annoying - stick to the personal service that Val does!

Highly Recommend!
If your looking for a great central location with spacious rooms and all the amenities look no further 16 Pilchergate is the place for a great night out or business trips! 

The staff are excellent they even told me and my friends we didn’t have to rush to leave in the morning as there was no booked in the room the day after us which made the trip even better!!  

The room and bathroom sizes are huge! They even accommodated for our odd number of 5 guest in the 4 bedroom apartment and there still enough space for at least another 3 people!
